Josephine has a Master degree in international business and foreign languages (English and Spanish).
During her studies, she travelled a lot. While she was studying in San Francisco, she started to feel very attracted in working in the real estate business. Back in France, she was quickly recruited by a national renown real estate group in which she became in charge of creating and developing two rental departments in two offices located in Pezenas and in Agde. She pursued her career in the sales department dealing in particular with foreign customers.
As she was highly motivated in trying to change the traditional image of the real estate business, Josephine decided then to create her own company following her wish to develop her own working methods based on her principles and values.
She associated her skills and knowledge with Grégory Morgant to open Castell Immobilier in 2012.
Today, Josephine pursues her dream in giving each of her selling clients a personalized service, especially in her specialty, which is the exclusive and privileged sales mandates. In order to do so, she does not hesitate to invest a lot of time and resources only with the aim of bringing total satisfaction to her clients.
Josephine offers each of her purchasing clients a detailed study and an attentive listening in order to best understand their project and suggest them the most accurate properties among her portfolio, most of them being at the market price and exclusive goods to Castell Immobilier. Purchasing clients will be able to receive all the technical, legal and financial advice from Joséphine CASTELL she will support them in this life project of buying a property.
Shortly after having graduated university in business and management, Gregory was approached and recruited by a national renown real estate brand near Valence, in the Drôme department, where he attended many job trainings and used efficient and strong working methods.
In 2009, attracted by the Herault area and its potential he decided to settle in Agde, where he pursued his professional advancement in the real estate business as the manager of a large company.
Gregory has always been passionate about his job and highly motivated by the will to fully support his clients during a peaceful and untroubled deal.
He created his own company in 2012.
Today, he still loves his job and carries out his work managing Castell Immobilier with the same energy and good mood than he used to have ten years ago, when he started in the business.

Emma PICARD is native of Agde. She is deeply attached to the riches of her region. She follows all her studies in the department.
